About the Role
AP Group is hiring for our affiliate company, DreamPlay LLC, a learning kids center located
in Saipan, Northern Marianas Islands. We are looking for highly motivated, well-presented individuals who are organized multi-tasker with excellent communication skills to join our academic institution to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Your role will include serving customers, making juice bar drinks, setting & maintaining attractive displays, cleaning and maintaining the area according to DreamPlay SOPs and the CNMI Bureau of Environmental Health requirements. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including student registration and provide accurate information about our establishment. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers, students, and team members.

Requirements
Job duties and responsibilities:
● Be on time for scheduled shifts.
● Adhering to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
● Ability to deal effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
● Follow and comply with all established policies and procedures.
● Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
● Ensure the areas are neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies
● Answer all parents’ questions and incoming calls.
● Track and order juice bar supplies and institution equipment.
● Maintain records and files.
● Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
● Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positiveexperience.
● Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well stocked, while continuously checking and ensuring freshness and quality of products.
● Operate equipment and serve products in the juice bar area, this includes preparing juices and smoothies.
● Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
● Carry out all point of sale transactions for the juice bar and student registration
● Follow and comply with all established policies and procedures.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
● Must be fond of children and have interest in child development and growth
● English Speaking
● Most Recent Medical Health Certificate
● At least 1-2 years experience in customer service
● Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Food Handler’s Certificate (may be obtained when hired)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
● Ability to multitask
● Must be able to read, follow directions, use basic kitchen equipment, count money and make correct change
● Must show strong verbal communication skills
